- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service. The lady who works there, Sally, is completely incompetent. She never does anything she says she'll do. When I switched my policy after moving here from a different state, I waited two weeks for a phone call. I had to call in again just for her to tell me that she had received the paperwork from the other state's office, but had forgotten to let me know. She needs to get fired.
